How to Plan Start-ups Legally and Ethically

Start-up ecosystems are essential for a developing economy like India's, but what is the first step? How does one go about planning and then executing the plans? Hence a basic frame needs to be formulated.

To simplify the same burdening doubt of bringing about an idea to execution, an orientation session on the topic 'How to plan Startups legally and ethically?' was slated.

TMU's IIC brought forth an online session with speaker Dr. Vipin Jain, Principal TMIMT, on 30. 03.21.

Ms. Prachi Rastogi convened the session as an Innovation Coordinator of IIC TMU. Dr. Manjula Jain, Associate Dean Academics & President IIC, TMU, expressed her support by presiding over the session.

The session focused on understanding the legal and ethical formalities involved in a new venture. The taxation and accounting laws and modules for respective domains of businesses, labor laws, and the process of applying for business licenses were also discussed. Dr. Vipin JaiN carefully panned out the details of the projects and briefed the audience with comparative examples to understand the work making the session richer for budding innovators. The session ended with answering the doubts of the participants.
