India today stands at the threshold of turning a global leader in every respect. Powered by an enormous mass of young population, the country has entered that crucial breakout phase for the economy to grow exponentially. However, the growth of any economy can only be built on the bedrock of education, innovation, and enterprise.
Universities, colleges, and schools, where the young carve the footprints of their life and career goals, are definitely at the forefront of creating that much-required conducive atmosphere where all of it can begin, grow and multiply.
Since its inception, the management and faculty at Teerthanker Mahaveer University have been relentlessly upping their student's standards for progressive education and skill development. However, now they have also recognized the utmost necessity to build the foundation to arm the nation with a large pool of entrepreneurship talent.
Academic intervention is the password that may unlock the possibilities of harnessing the intellectual capital of our country and grasp solutions to the problems at large.
Falling in line with the Government's larger objectives, we at Teerthanker Mahaveer University have decided to do our modest bit for the country and have set up the TMU-Business Incubation Centre for the young to embrace and thrive on.
Every student has a hero inside that needs to be tapped, guided, and nurtured to turn their intangible dreams and ideas into realities with the key resources, funds, technology, consultancy, and support system in place as and when they need them.
As Albert Einstein quotes, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."
So, I invite all the enthusiasts to partner with us at this nation-building enterprise and get cracking at TMU-BIC to make the most of the pulsating minds and turbocharged brains of not just those studying at TMU but anyone who owns a plan and aspires to make it happen. As the most crucial responsibility of an incubation center holds is to drive ideas to action.
Together we believe in making the Start-up India initiative of the Government of India a stupendous and unprecedented success.
